For a brand to be present for more than 20 years in the travel sector, it is no coincidence, is it?

Promoviatges, which today continues to be our leisure brand, was founded in 2000 as an agency that organised trips for different Catalan savings banks. The fact is it went rather well for us. So much so that Promoviatges diversified its business and set up a department specialising in services for companies. This department is today a brand, BMC Global. The devoted commitment and passion over all these years is, perhaps, the secret ingredients to achieve something as extraordinary as the BMC Global & Promoviatges group is today.

Promoviatges is founded

We open our first office in Sabadell and Promoviatges emerges as an agency that organises leisure trips for different Catalan savings banks.

2001
We open our office in Mataró

During its first year of existence, Promoviatges expands and we open our office in Mataró, which remains until 2013.

2002
We open our first office in Barcelona

This office, in Carrer Consell de Cent, represents a key commitment to expansion in the group for being present in the city of the Counts.

2010
Opening of our office in Madrid

We make a commitment by opening our first office outside Catalonia. Today, this office continues being one of the key centres of BMC Global, together with the offices in Sabadell and Barcelona.

2015
BMC Global Events is founded

The launch of BMC Global Events, a sub-brand of the BMC Global & Promoviatges group. Although the company at this time already has a history of 15 years in the MICE sector, in 2015 the department’s identity is strengthened.

2015
Celebration of 15th anniversary

At BMC Global & Promoviatges we celebrate our 15th anniversary with a macro-party in Sabadell, to which are invited all the clients of the two brands. A historic event for the group.

2016
Creation of the Premium Department

This Premium attention department places BMC Global as one of the benchmark agencies for offering personalised services to directors and executives.

2019
Opening of a new office in Barcelona

We continue with our expansion and open a new office at number 299 Carrer Còrsega, bringing together our teams in Passeig de Gracia and Pujades. With this opening, we strengthen our commitment to a closer, more convenient service aimed at the client.

2022
A new brand is founded. BMC Global

Transglobal, an agency with 50 years’ experience, joins with BMC Travel to form a new brand, BMC Global. With the aim of consolidating itself as a Spanish benchmark agency in the business trip and corporate events sector.
